Hiking and Walking in the Mayrhofen area

The Mayrhofen area is a hiker and walker's dream. All the paths and trails are kept clean & tidy, and very clearly marked.

Local walking maps are available from every open lift station and these grade the routes in levels of difficulty. There are also examples of hiking tours, with the estimated time to complete!

The views in the Ziller Valley are breathtaking, in all directions. With the ski lifts open in summer, you can take advantage of a lift up and venture further into the wilderness.
