Rafting

Rafting is an adventure sport with a combination of enjoying nature, sport and team spirit: Rafting is part of a Ziller Valley summer holiday. We at Club Zillertal offer you two tours, for the beginners to the rafting professionals. Our club team look forward to meeting you and guiding you. The club will provide all the equipment, bus transfers and after the ride in the rapids, a hot shower. Before every tour we instruct you on paddle techniques, swimming in rapids and of other situations that might occur.

Rafting on the Ziller (Mon - Fr)

This rafting tour starts from Mayrhofen and allows you to enjoy the amazing panorama of the "Zillertal" while you ride on top of the waves on the river Ziller. The journey ends 6 km away from Mayrhofen, in Hippach. This tour is perfectly suitable for the whole family and YES, even Mum can join in all the fun! (Dad too if he's brave enough!)

Qualifications: need to be able to swim
You need: swimming costume, towel, t-shirt, pair of socks. Price: 29 Euro per person incl. transfer (child up to 12 : €20.00)

Rafting on the Inn (daily)

Let our experienced and qualified rafting guides take you on a trip down the most well known rafting area in the Alps, the "Imster Schlucht". This 1 1/2 hour tour will take you through some of the most amazing views along with some of the biggest rapids you’ll ever get to experience. If you love water sports, then this one is for you!
There is the possibility for you to buy lunch after the tour.
The transfer from Mayrhofen to the start of the tour takes approx. 70 minutes.

Qualifications: need to be a good swimmer, minimum 14 years old.

You need: swimming costume, towel, t-shirt, pair of socks.
